About this apartment rental
This gorgeous, recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the seventh floor of Sugar Top. With endless views of Grandfather Mountain, pool access and minutes from the Slopes! Featuring modern appliances, brand new furniture and completely updated bathrooms this unit is sure to have everything you could possibly need during your stay. With a king bed in the master and twin/full bunk bed in the guest room, this unit will sleep a family of 4 very comfortably. You will have full access to the heated indoor pool, hot tub, saunas, and weight room in the first floor Lobby.
Sugar Top has a shuttle system. Please be advised that the parking shuttle is run by Sugar Top. Resort Real Estate and Rentals has no control over the shuttle system.
All Sugar Top Condos are Non-smoking. Absolutely NO PETS. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.
There is also a Sugar Bus stop at the entrance that will transport guests to and from the ski resort. The Sugar Bus runs on weekends and holidays during ski season.

Apartment was modern and very clean. It has great views and all the amenities. Beds were very comfortable. Stayed in mid-March, building was quiet.We did have a problem with a leak in ceiling, apparently from infiltration in the balcony area during a storm. It didn't affect our stay, we would be happy to stay again.

Nice condo, very clean, great view, but was in desperate need of ceiling fans because there is no AC in this building. It also was in desperate need of a new master bed very uncomfortable all in all a nice stay but we had to keep windows open for a breeze, and we heard every noise there outside! I would recommend this property only with the above changes
