About this house rental
This home, Holiday House, is owned and managed by Super Luxury Home Rentals and completed construction in March 2024. It is finished with high end furnishing and is fully stocked and equipped to feed, entertain, and comfortably accommodate 16 people. All eight bedrooms have king size beds, ensuite bathrooms, blackout shades, & ceiling fans so you can make the most of the vacation and sleep in as late as you want! Take four steps up the lighted entrance from the parking right in front of the house and look through the home to take in the lake views. Into the home the foyer has two bedrooms, the first is a primary bedroom king size bed, memory foam mattress, desk and chair with private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has another king size bed, memory foam mattress, and en-suite bathroom that is accessible from both the bedroom and the hall. Down the hall to the back of the house is the fully stocked kitchen for 16 with quartz countertops, a 6' circle Restoration Hardware dining table seating 12, and countertop seating for 4 more. The living room is right off the dining area and has a large sectional couch that takes in the lake views, enjoys the fireplace, and be entertained on the 85" TV. Out the sliding glass door to the lighted patio there is a Weber grill, 14' of outdoor dining tables and chairs to accommodate sixteen people. The LED patio lights provide the perfect atmosphere for having dinner with a view. or relaxing on the sofa at the fire table. Down in the basement there is a family room with a foosball table, ping pong table, and a sectional couch oriented to another 85" TV. Down the hall there is full bathroom with shower, a main laundry closet with a set of washer & dryers (Samsung, top load), and 2 more bedrooms. The third bedroom has a king size bed with memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom has another king size bed with memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom with a tub & shower. Out the sliding door from the family room there is a second lighted patio is a Aquaterra Hot Tub for 6 people and outdoor sofa and fire table. Heading to the loft level there are four more bedrooms; the fifth is a primary bedroom with another king size bed, desk and chair, and a private en-suite bathroom with tub & shower. The sixth bedroom is has a king size bed, desk and chair, and a private en-suite bathroom with tub & shower. The seventh bedroom is has a king size bed, desk and chair, and a private en-suite bathroom with tub & shower. The eight bedroom is has a king size bed, desk and chair, and a private en-suite bathroom with tub & shower. In the hallway between bedrooms there is a laundry closet with a stackable Samsung washer & dryer for convenience. This home is located in the Rocky Shore Association which has communal indoor pool and outdoor pool for our guests use.

Clean home, great floor plan, well equipped home. 2 homes rented nearby we’re having very loud party and police came 2 nights. The police were very nice, executed a search warrant on end home. Craziness
