This beautiful house had plenty of room, everyone had a bed. I loved the bunk room, it sleeps 9... There were plenty of board games and the kids loved the arcade.

We stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The property had plenty of room for our large family with three generations including grandparents (70’s), children and spouses (40’s) and grandchildren (7 to 14 years). The kids loved the two pools and the slide at the outdoor pool. The bunk bed rooms were a big hit.The owner and property manager were very responsive when we discovered the stovetop was cracked upon our arrival on a Sunday. It was replaced the next day.Clean rooms, all necessities provided, and gaming system for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay. The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for privacy and also room in the common areas to come together. The kids really enjoyed the games and gaming systems. They stayed up and played games together both nights we stayed. Our girls loved the bunk room upstairs. The younger kids also loved the close access to the outdoor pool.The property manager was great to communicate with. Even with ample checking, I still forgot something. They were great to accommodate me going back and picking my item up. Would love to come back and stay again.

This was a great place to stay with room for several families. The heated indoor pool was nice to have on rainy days. The outdoor pool is quite large as well. The location is nice as your only 15 minutes away from most of Branson.

We have had our family trip to Branson the last 5 years and have all rented condos. This year we decided to find a house that accommodated our entire family. This property didn’t disappoint in any way! We all had a room to ourselves and the kids bunked together too! The two family rooms were so nice, the kids had a game room while the adults watched tv upstairs. Great communication with property manager, Brenda, as she goes above and beyond and more. A group (Church Greeting Team) from St. Louis visiting Branson to see "Queen Esther" at the Sight and Sound Theater. The house was Beautiful. So spacious. Plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed the open layout and being able to come together to talk, laugh, eat and fellowship. The house was very clean. Love the look...very modern and simple. U52 was perfect for our family reunion of 18 people ranging in age from 10-73. There was plenty of room when we all wanted to be together, and lots of spaces when anyone or small groups wanted some more private time. From the initial reservation through checkout, the owner/hosts were extremely responsive and efficient. The home was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with all we needed. The on-site amenities were wonderful, and proximity to area attractions was excellent. The cost was reasonable as well. We could not have made a better choice for the HaVaLeGaWo Extravaganza 2024!

Great time with our family of 18. Each adult couple had their own bedroom/bathroom, which they appreciated. Had 6 grandsons (ages 6-11)in one bunk room, &3 granddaughters (ages 6-11) in basement bunk room. They loved the arcade game. Wonderful to have 2 full size fridges for our use. Stayed 3 nights and ate every meal there! Large dining space! Kids had their own New Years Eve dance party in the living room, as we watched from the dining area/kitchen.Such a fun time! ❤️ Dining table is great for a game of spoons and chairs were super comfortable! This property was very convenient for our combined wedding/family vacation. The home is spacious enough for groups to congregate and yet be separate from other groups, yet functional in that the whole family could gather for meals. We explored all of the Branson and surrounding sights that we could manage in two weeks, and had a great time. We had an incredible stay at this lovely home near Branson, Missouri! The neighborhood pool with the exhilarating tunnel slide was an absolute hit with the kids, providing hours of joy and laughter. The thoughtful inclusion of kids' books, Xbox, and arcade games kept everyone entertained even during downtime. The beautiful outdoor space was perfect for family gatherings and BBQs, while the ping pong table added an extra layer of friendly competition. The nearby neighborhood playground was a delightful bonus for the kids to burn off energy. The great air conditioning was a savior during the hot summer days, ensuring everyone stayed comfortable. Additionally, the abundance of space and number of bathrooms provided privacy and convenience for our entire group. This house was wonderful for our family of 19. There were two bunk rooms that the teenagers shared. The kitchen was fully stocked, water pressure in the wonderful showers was great The pool and lake were an added bonus. This house is in the perfect location. Easy to get to any of the attractions but away from the busyness. The owners were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

We were unaware of the property before we rented it, but the pictures were very accurate. We felt like we had already been there and even planned our weekend around the features of the house. It was better than we expected! I took my 3 kids and their spouses, all of my grandchildren(9 of them) and my 79 year old mother. Everyone had a place to sleep and we all ate together. The house had lots of entertainment options for all ages and the space and accommodations were very efficiently arranged. We loved the house and would rent again.

Our company rented this property for an offsite meeting. Location was perfect for our event. House was exactly what we were expecting.
