Breakfast was the highlight of our visit - Nothing exceptional, but a nice portion and tasted great -

Facility needs attention - Staff was very pleasant and cordial all through our stay - Room overall was OK - great view - TV in living room wouldn't connect. Shower door needed adjustment to close safely. Facility does not provide for sufficient parking - You had hosted a party and there was no designated spots left for hotel guests returning from the concert event at 11pm - had to shuffle my vehicle in the early AM to not cause issues. This location is exceptional and the facility has great potential - Needs alot of detail work for +$400 / night - guests won't return without some attention to detail - We would love to use you again vs. having to drive back to Bella Vista after attending concerts. I shared our concerns with your staff - who, again were GREAT -

It was very short staffed . Our TV didn’t work in the bedroom but they had one in the family room.

Extremely overpriced for the condition of the property, Overall building condition on exterior was poor, Very limited staff, pool boy, bar tender, waiter and cook were all the same guy. Not what I would consider a luxury room or resort. Value is in the $150 per night range at best. Well past its prime condition.

absolutely absurd how online booking made this out to look and very dissatisfying., not to mention how expensive it is. The girl at the desk wasn’t at all pleasant and after a certain time no one is in the office at this so called RESORT!!! Nothing was open actually! The parking lot sits down in a lower part of the building and isn’t lit well and very dark look and feeling!

The rooms are spacious and clean, the view is beautiful facing the lake, which you can see from inside the room, through the glass doors and windows. The bed is comfortable, the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

The balcony lights wouldn’t go off, which bothered us while in the living room because the lights would go in our eyes. We also weren’t able to look at the sky and lake at night. The excessive light would blind us and turn the surroundings all black. Too bad paying big bucks to face the lake and not being able to see anything but light bulbs in the eyes after dawn.

Relaxing weekend getaway with a beautiful view of table rock lake

Gorgeous view of table rock lake! The living room was decorated very nicely and comfortable! Very nice linens and towels. And the king size bed was extremely comfortable! The room was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a nice short weekend getaway . Most of all we really enjoyed the staff! Mason, Tessa, and Brian ! They were extremely attentive and hospitable. we really enjoyed meeting Brian in the restaurant and bar area. The weather was very cold and we just wanted to stay in. It was nice to have the restaurant on site. We ate and visited with Brian the whole time we were there! The food was excellent ! Felt like Brian was an old friend! and Tessa and Mason went above and beyond as well to make sure we had everything we needed!! thanks for a wonderful relaxing getaway!

Overall it was a nice visit, the area is beautiful and with a few additions, it would be nicer.

Good location, very clean, Everyone there was was polite and helpful.

The furniture was not up to my expectations for a 'luxury unit', in addition to a couch, there was one chair without somewhere to put a drink or such, ditto for the balcony, only chairs and nothing else. A small table in the 'kitchen/lr area' would have been nice for coffee etc. There was plenty of room available for that. Counting out 2 each of kitchen supplies seemed a little over the top! If you had a guest and they wanted a glass of wine or something they were out of luck as there was only two available total.

We loved the incredible views from the ceiling to floor windows in the living/kitchen area! The two bedroom unit is set up so nicely and allowed for easy use for our family.

The poor staff is very small so they are all incredibly busy. The resort is intended to be a unique and beautiful experience with amenities to support the price tag. Not having enough staff to take care of the amenities like the pool, bar and hot tub makes it hard on the staff and the customers.

The room service was awful. The food was an hour getting to us and the food was cold and not what we expected.His excuse was he didn't have enough staff. Which I would have understood had he not told me he would be up in 30 minutes.

The suite was clean other than trash being left under the kitchen sink. It does has a nice view. Wish the front room would have had some kind of coverings over the windows the afternoon sun shines right on the TV but other than that it was an ok experience.
