Designed with your comfort in mind, this condo features a cozy living room equipped with a wood-burning fireplace and a flat-screen TV. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, while the dining area offers seating for six, ideal for family meals or gatherings. Step outside to enjoy the fresh air from your private deck, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts a top electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and convenient appliances, including a four-slice toaster, toaster oven, and 12-cup coffee maker, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable.
The master bedroom features a king bed and a flat-screen TV, along with a full bathroom that includes a sauna for your relaxation. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, also equipped with a flat-screen TV and a coffee maker, along with an ensuite full bathroom. This bedroom also has an exit to a private deck, providing a serene space to unwind.

• Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.
• Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo.
• EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required.
• Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
• Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.
• This property is not pet-friendly for guest stays; however, the owners do have pets that occasionally visit the home. Guests with allergies should be aware that pet dander may be present.
