Welcome to Highridge B14, a beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bath condominium that offers comfort, space, and beautiful mountain views. Ideally located at the base of Killington Mountain on East Mountain Road, this inviting retreat is just moments from the base lodges, making it a perfect home base for both adventure and relaxation.

The living room provides a warm and welcoming gathering space, featuring a wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a sleeper sofa; perfect for relaxing after a full day on the mountain. Step outside onto the private balcony to take in scenic views of the slopes. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, including an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. The dining area comfortably seats six, making it easy to gather for meals or evening conversation.

On the upper level, the primary bedroom features a king bed and flat-screen TV, creating a comfortable retreat at the end of the day. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and convenient access to a nearby half bath. The main bathroom includes a whirlpool tub and sauna, offering a spa-like experience to help you unwind after outdoor adventures.

Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center, which features an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a free shuttle runs on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area.

Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival.

Things to keep in Mind:
• Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.
• Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.
• Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.
• Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo.
• Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
• Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.
• EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete.

Everything was really comfortable with this condo. Close location to the mountain, well appointed kitchen, views of the slopes, fireplace, and plenty of bathrooms! Liked the fireplace and that wood was provided. Be aware there are some steps from the parking to the condo and some inside but if you are here to be active, you will not even notice them outside of packing and unpacking.
