Clean and well prepared for visitors.Did not expect to have to remove bedding and towels and take to downstairs level to laundry area as requested by owner.I would recommend you change this ploicy along with having to take the garbage outside when leaving.People of vacations don't expect to do laundry and garbage.Also if I were you I would be calling local government about road condition to property needs grading badly.We also had a repairman show up unannounced at 8:30am saying he was there to fix a faucet handle on downstairs shower should of been communicated to us. Overall property is clean and well kept it .Kitchen bedrooms and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we would require.It is on a very rough dirt road . Check in and WIFI were both extremely easy .
