The extensive south-facing terrace, graced with a 9m x 4m pool, provides a stunning vista of the majestic Montgo mountain. Basking in sunshine for 10 hours a day, the 'Pool Area' is an ideal spot for sun enthusiasts. Here, you can lounge on sunbeds or relax in a comfortable seating area, ensuring that everyone in the family finds their own piece of paradise.
Lunchtime is a breeze with options just steps away from your sunbed. Delight in poolside alfresco dining with a generous gas BBQ and a dedicated bar area, or choose the large outdoor dining terrace, complete with a table for six.
Casa El Formet is designed with accessibility in mind, all on a single level, making it suitable for those with limited mobility. Inside, you'll find a spacious lounge and a recently updated kitchen/dining room. The villa offers two king-sized rooms, one of which is en-suite with a bath and shower, as well as a sizable twin room with a substantial 'Bunk Bed,' all exquisitely appointed. The shared bathroom boasts a shower, bath, and toilet.

Having stayed in and around Javea a number of times Casa El Formet exceeded our expectations. It is obvious that it is a much loved holiday home with lots of touches to ensure we had the best time. From the we welcome pack, fluffy towels, well appointed kitchen, different outdoor seating areas to catch the weather at different times of the day, family friendly lounge, to the very comfortable beds . We could not be happier. Thanks to the team at Javea holidays for their clear and regular communications. Our holiday stay could not have been better.

We have enjoyed our stay at this villa very much! It was well located and the garden and swimming pool were very enjoyable - with a beautiful view on the mountains.

Jávea rentals were very responsive in communicating over text and I would highly recommend them. The villa is really lovely inside and the outside area at the back is fantastic, especially the views of Montgó. The front of the house is slightly out of character with the rest of the property but don’t be put off, the property inside and the outside pool area are lovely. There is easy access to both Javea and Dénia (approx 15 mins drive) where there is a great selection of restaurants. Overall we’d happily recommend both villa and Javea holiday rentals.
