In the district of Montgo Javea, in the resort 7 km from the centre of Javea, in a quiet, sunny position, 8.5 km from the sea, 8.5 km from the beach. Private: large, well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 750 m, bus stop "Estacion de Autobuses" 5.8 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 8.6 km, rocky beach "Cala Blanca" 10.5 km. We loved the house and location, very traditional Spanish house with all the Spanish charme. Especially the covered naja was our favorite sitting area. Good furniture and well equipped, also good heating and cooling.
Great location, but definitely need a car to get around
