About this house rental
Located in Palm Harbor area, Close to beach, shopping, and Restaurants. We welcome you to our new home in Palm Coast. EVERYTHING is new and higher quality. We have furnished and stocked this house as it were
a year round primary home. The kitchen has beautiful cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances,
tile floor thru out, bamboo window treatments, stone showers, plenty of closet space with built in shelving ,fire pit out back in the beautiful fenced in yard, Plenty of entertaining by the heated pool (October thru april) . There is cable t.v. in all bedrooms, the living room , and the screened in porch by the pool. The master has a queen bed , along with the 2nd bedroom . The third bedroom has a bunkbed
with a twin over a full and twin trundle (3total) .There is also a folding crib and high chair for the little ones. Located in the garage are some bikes & helmets to enjoy nearby bike trails and a ping pong table for some fun. We also have beach chairs, umbrellas , coolers, and beach wagon to use on those lazy beach days. Flagler & Jungle Hut Beach are nearby
Centrally located between Daytona Beach and Historic St. Augustine. Both approximately 25 minutes away. Perfect one day getaway to Disney (90Minutes away) . Great restaurants , outdoor markets, shopping outlets, golf and beach nearby

We were there from July 3rd - July 10th , we had great weather while there , the pool was a great place to go after beaching and going to different places . The sun room was nice to go to with a cup of coffee of a morning. All the other extra the house had was very nice things like the pool / ping pong table , pool floats , bikes and beach chairs . The kitchen had everything you could have needed while staying there . Overall the house was clean and we would definitely stay here again !

The rental was immaculate. The pool clean and warm. Neighbors friendly. Enjoyed my stay immensely.

It has more of the things. Pool lights need to be replaced. Yard was not cleaned, and last people did not put the trash out.
