This beautiful, furnished desert townhome is the perfect getaway for a trip to Southern Arizona. Central air conditioning can be used during the desert’s hot weather and heating can be used when we have cold weather, making for a comfortable stay year round. The master bedroom has a king size bed and two closets. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and one closet. Both rooms are charming, clean, well lit, and tastefully simple. A two car garage is available for your use. A stackable washer and dryer make it easy to make this your home away from home, whether for a short stay or an extended stay. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. The living room has a comfortable, reclining couch, two sitting chairs and a Roku TV. It also has a large window where you can see the quaint patio area and front yard area. There is a private, walled patio area with patio chairs and an outside table and 4 chairs. A grill is also available for your use in the patio area.
A short walking trail/nature trail is at the north end of the 1 acre property. Both the nature trail and the patio areas are a great areas to watch for birds or to see desert plants. You may even catch a glimpse of native wildlife, such as coyotes and javalina, as they cut across the east end of the property (please do not try to feed or pet the wild animals!) The Sonoran Sunrise Townhouse is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It is located on one acre and is accessible through a shared driveway. Restaurants and shopping in Sahuarita are quite close, and a trip to Tucson for additional shopping and dining is about 25 minutes away. We want the Sonoran Sunrise Townhome to be your home away from home! Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bar soap, hand washing soap, dishwasher and dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, iron and ironing board, extra blankets, first aid kit, are all provided. There are also some other "just in case you forgot" items in the hall closet! We hope you feel right at home!
