Wintergreen is a peaceful townhome complex located in the Benchlands area of Whistler, just 650 metres from the base of Blackcomb Mountain and about a 15-minute walk to Whistler Village. Nestled among trees and close to Lost Lake Park, it offers a quiet alpine setting with easy access to year-round activities, including skiing, hiking, biking, and golf. Guests can walk to the slopes or hop on the free Village Shuttle, which stops right outside the complex, making it easy to reach the gondolas, restaurants, and shops.



Getting Around:

• 10-minute walk to Upper Village

• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 8-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course

• 15-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• 10-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market or Fresh St. Market is a 3-minute drive away for all your grocery needs.

• The bus stop is located directly outside the complex for the Free Shuttle to the Village

This is a nice, recently renovated condo in a prime position in the Upper Village (Blackcomb base). Plenty of room for 4 people. Full kitchen with new appliances. Professional property manager with good communication.

We are from the UK and right from the start the service has been excellent. The house is perfect for a family and the bus is right outside. It is so well equipped. The service from the office is what has made our holiday special. They organised lift passes, Christmas tree and even our delicious Christmas takeout lunch. Thank you so much.
