The issues that I had with this listing once we arrived were that it claims to be a non smoking property but we were immediately hit with the stench of cigarette smoke when we opened the door and there was an ashtray provided outside. I messaged to let them know and the following day I received a reply that they would look into it but nothing came of it, not even a can of air freshener. They also don't or didn't provide any food staples. No salt, pepper, sugar and I would recommend bringing your own knives and towels if possible. There were also 2 empty bottles of hand soap in each bathroom. We didn't require air conditioning during our stay but there is a portal unit in the living area that would never be affective in coolng an entire space this large. The entry code to the building is also 10 digits long and doesn't always work. All in all this place is ok for off season if you're able to bring your own supplies but it is extremely overpriced for the location, smell and what is provided.

Great location! Not right in the thick of it all but close enough and super easy to catch the shuttle to Whistler Village. Clean unit. Great set-up with bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit. We would definitely stay again.

I have stayed in the marquise many times during The last 20 years. It’s certainly changed over the years. it’s less personal and building upkeep (unit condition was good) has slipped since they closed the front desk and became owner rented units but it’s still a favorite location as you can ski up to the building (the slope exit trail is marked), yet it is in a quiet area.

Ski in and out only if snow level allows. Require bus to get into town/bars/restaurants, bus stops are near but bit of a faff in and out every time you want something. Apartment nice, but dated as I’d read previously.Parking is chargeable at 25 Dollars a day
