Historic Full House 2min walk to Historic Downtown with 75" 8K TV & Gas Grill

Charming historic home close to downtown. It is an older home but jt was clean, nicely appointed, and very close to downtown. We enjoyed looking at the antiques in the home. The beds are extremely comfortable. It was perfect for watching the fireworks last night. Very close for walking to the fort and downtown and saved us from being stuck in traffic. Carlos is very responsive, a great host!

This house was perfect for the 3 of us ( wife, 6 year old son and I), the host was great to deal with and even reached out to check on us during our stay. We really enjoyed leaving the car in the driveway and walking into town. This house is in a great location and the neighbors are friendly too, We ended up asking Carlos it my father and brother in law could stop in at stay with us for a few days, he replied fast and told us yes and to enjoy our company and stay. And the house was still plenty big enough for the extra company. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in St. Augustine.

Great place to stay near historic St. Augustine. Parked the car and walked everywhere we wanted to go all weekend. House is very clean and well-stocked. Excellent location!

Out of all the many VRBO’s and AB&B’s we’ve stayed in over the years, we have never arrived on site of a property to what we seen here. It was very obvious the property had not been manicured in quite awhile. Tree branches were hanging so low that some were even touching the ground preventing us from pulling in with our cars in fear we would scratch the paint. The grass and landscape was so overgrown it looked like an abandoned house. I immediately reached out to the owner whose response time was not sufficient enough either. Thanks to a very nice neighbor who offered us a pole saw we were able to trim the branches ourselves to be able to park. The inside of the house was a pleasant surprise considering what the outside looked like. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everyday essentials.
