Ms. Dot's farmhouse is the perfect hill country getaway in downtown Johnson City just steps away from restaurants, breweries, tasting rooms, shopping & galleries!
Located on the eastern part of the 290 Wine Trail, Johnson City is in the heart of Texas Wine Country, only 1 hour from Austin and San Antonio.
You are 10 minutes to beautiful hiking at Pedernales Falls State Park and short drives to nearby lakes.

The space
Recently remodeled and professionally decorated open floor plan! The living room's plush furnishings and TV offer the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of wine tasting. This flows into an open dining area and kitchen for entertaining.
Each of the 3 bedrooms feature high end pillow top mattresses: 1 king with en suite bath and 2 queens with shared bath & plenty of closet space.
The patio is the perfect place to relax and decompress. Equipped with fans, high end Polywood chairs and bistro lights you can enjoy patio time all year round!

The house was as described. Everything was clean and the host provided everything that we needed for our stay. Emily checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well, which was appreciated. Overall, no complaints and I would recommend it.

We could not have picked a better home in Johnson City for our visit to the wineries. Emily contacted us immediately to see if we needed any recommendations for wineries or places to eat. Everything she recommended was perfect We loved staying in Johnson city where we could walk to eat or visit the shops after a day of wine tasting . I have never stayed at a rental that was so clean. We plan to return

From the first message asking about the property, Emily was a delight. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. The house is extremely cozy, has a beautiful backyard with a great fire pit for some late night wine and chocolate. The location is wonderful, walking distance from nice restaurants and bars; please check Reck’em Brewery a few blocks from the house and get the BBQ Nachos, you wont regret.
We will be back without a doubt!
