The 2nd floor rental of this stunning ocean side villa, has 3 bedrooms, each with a gorgeous ocean view,
2 baths, tv/ living room, and a fully stocked kitchen. The villa features two large balconies with great views of the Caribbean and the island. You will love the
view from a SOLAR heated pool featuing a shallow area and deep end that is great for lounging, swimming, or just taking in the view. All rooms have ceiling fans, there are new air conditioners in the bedrooms. La vida mas Fina is the perfect place for your vacation getaway.

This place was great-- better than expected. The property is shared duplex-style with the owners/hosts, but the configuration allows it to feel completely separate. The pool on the ground floor belongs entirely to the rental, and the rental spaces (3br 2ba) are on the 2nd floor with a common balcony overlooking the ocean and sweeping views of the coast. It's a stunning view.There is ample room for golf cart parking off-street, and there is private beach access, though the coast here is not swimmable. There is access down to the water/sand and is especially great for sunrise/sunset walks. The place is walking distance from several great restaurants (Mango and Isla Brewing Co, specifically). It's a 30min walk to Playa Norte.The place was fully stocked with potable water, towels, beach towels, all the soaps, tvs in every room (if that's your thing), microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and room-specific A/C throughout. We used the kitchen daily for breakfasts and lunches, and everything we needed was there.The host Lisa is very responsive and helpful with everything from golf cart rental to scheduling a taxi.We had a great experience!

This lovely home is nestled in a peaceful spot on the island offering stunning views of the Caribbean Sea from both the upper and lower decks. Plus, there’s a private pool. Don and Lisa are friendly hosts, and communication was great. You can easily reach restaurants on either side of the island by taxi (10 pesos) or rent a golf cart. There is a grocery store less than a mile away. I’d highly recommend this three bedroom beach home, especially if you’re looking for a nice place for a family with a private pool.

Great stay, clean and comfortable home in a good centralized location. Amazing views of the Caribbean. The only drawback for me was that we didn’t use the pool much as it was windy and cold during Christmas week and not a ton of sun exposure (which I suspect is seasonal).
