This 3 story townhome sits across from the river, boasting beautiful views of the mountain. The efficiency comes with a full bathroom and kitchenette and a queen-size bed for two with a twin pull-out. Snuggle up to the fire in the morning or night and enjoy the views out the front window or enjoy the latest posts from Reservations Unlimited Facebook page as this unit comes with complimentary wifi. Not into Facebook or enjoying the views? Relax by the fire and watch a show on the flatscreen TV before your next Red River adventure begins. The home does come with a kitchenette in case you need to whip up a quick meal. Whether booking direct or through a third party, all reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay.
This home does not permit pets, so Fido has to stay home. The townhome has designated parking but is not sufficient for trailer parking.

During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control. The condo sits right on the river. So nice to go out and drink your morning coffee by it. Condo was clean and well laid out. We would stay here again.

Blinds in the windows were melted by the sun and literally were curled up and didn’t cover window. Being on the first floor this was a privacy issue. This until was efficiently and the bed is in the living room so a very uncomfortable feeling when you can see in the window while you are sleeping. Simple fix that should have been corrected before being rented out.
