The view is amazing. There is none better in all of orange beach. Step out onto the private balcony of this charming corner unit for a beautiful direct view of sugar white sands and the Gulf of Mexico/America.
You will find the living area with comfortable furniture for relaxing. The bedroom has a KING bed. Additional twin bunk beds with safety guard, and a queen sleeper sofa separated by a pocket door for privacy to accommodate other family members.
This is going to be our get away place and more than just a rental.
Quality furnishings include two flat-screen tvs with DVD players, a well equipped updated kitchen with modern counter-tops, and a renovated bathroom with glass enclosed shower, new tile floors and new vanity. In addition, a few vintage furniture pieces add to the charm.
This 36-unit low density complex makes for an easy access to the elevator as well as a spacious beach area. Guests also have access to our locked storage closet located beach side to store your beach items or feel welcome to use our chairs and umbrellas.
In the heart of Orange Beach, our unit is minutes from a wide selection of the best seafood you will find anywhere. After a day of adventure, jet-skiing, parasailing, fishing and other water sports, come home to a beautiful sunset viewed from you private balcony. We hope you enjoy our place as much we do.

Perfect beach trip. The condo was stocked with all we needed for a wonderful July 4th weekend. Had a great view for multiple fireworks shows along the beach.

This is one of the best places I have ever been to. The condo was clean and the layout was perfect. I really liked the attention to detail. The storage room on the first floor was really nice. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!!!

To keep it simple everything was great. The view from the balcony, the convenience of the storage room, having a washer and dryer, etc..., made the trip something special. I appreciate the hospitality and hope we left it in wonderful condition for the next guest. Thank you again Jim and Susan.
