The 80 m² apartment offers a spacious terrace with Mediterranean plants and outdoor furniture, a bright living room, a new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom with a large double bed, light solid wood and rattan furniture, a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate WC. The apartment is ideal for 2 guests and includes electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, dishwashing supplies, tea towels, bath and hand towels, bed linen, and satellite TV. A private parking space is available directly at the house.



Our apartment is located in the romantic green belt with ponds, forests, and moraine hills near Lindau, just 3 km from Lindau Island and Lake Constance. The Weissenberger See is 1.1 km away. Beautiful hiking and cycling trails with stunning viewpoints lead from here to Lake Constance and the idyllic countryside. Perfect for cyclists, hikers, and those seeking peace and relaxation.



With the guest card, you can use the air-conditioned city bus, which departs every half hour (2 minutes' walk away) to all Lindau districts, including the historic island, lakefront, and villa quarter. The bus connects with trains and surrounding bus lines.



By car, you can quickly reach Bregenz, the Pfänder, Switzerland with the Appenzeller region, and many other attractions around Lake Constance and the Allgäu. Travel times range from 20 to 60 minutes.



Good to know: Non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed. The apartment has steps, a higher bathtub, low bed height, and a low futon bed for children and teenagers in the living room. The apartment is not suitable for seniors or guests with disabilities.
