A Beary Happy Cabin is perfect for everyone, located in a beautiful and desirable area of Big Bear just a short walk to the Village and the lake. Close to shops, restaurants, the movie theater, bowling alley, and more, this charming two-story retreat offers the perfect blend of convenience and mountain charm.
LIVING & DINING
Step into a cozy and inviting 900+ sq ft home designed for comfort and relaxation. The spacious living room features ample seating, a large TV, and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace—perfect for cozy evenings. A nearby dining table provides the ideal space for meals, games, and quality time together.
KITCHEN
The newly renovated kitchen features granite countertops and everything needed for your stay, including:
- Stove and oven
- Refrigerator
- Microwave
- Espresso machine and coffee maker
- Food processor and blender
- Toaster
- Crockpot and rice cooker
- Dishes, cookware, and utensils
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This home accommodates up to 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom:
- First bedroom (upstairs): queen bed, futon, smart TV, desk, and balcony
- Second bedroom (upstairs): queen bed and smart TV
ENTERTAINMENT & AMENITIES
Smart TVs with cable and streaming apps, along with fast WiFi, are available throughout. Board games and card games provide additional entertainment. Enjoy family games, toys, a keyboard, and a guitar for added fun.
OUTDOOR LIVING

The house is good if you're a family or travelling with a pet. The kitchen and bathroom are clean and functional, and the location is convenient and super quiet, which makes for a comfortable stay.
However, the downstairs area needs some work. The carpet is very worn out and smells like pets, which affects the overall freshness. It would be perfect if the house were remodelled with wooden floors, making it easier to clean and more suitable for guests with pets.

This cabin was spectacular for a getaway. I was blessed to snow from their master bedroom patio. This cabin was clean, comfortable, and dog-friendly. Most importantly it was close to the village; the walk to the village was 7-8 minutes. Loved this cabin and plan on returning for another getaway. They had bird feeders in the gated backyard, which was breathtaking to experience. Thank you again.
