Easy access to tennis and pickleball courts, disk golf, golf , Hartman rock and Signal Peak trails , downtown Gunnison, Van Tuyl trails, the river, and more.
Take advantage of the free shuttle to Crested Butte and the ski resort (only 1/4 mile - 5 minutes).
Western Colorado State College town.
30 minutes drive to Crested Butte, 90 minutes from the Black Canyon National Park, and 10 minutes from Hartman Rocks.
Nearby airports include Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport (~2 miles away) and Montrose Regional Airport (~65 miles away).
