30 minutes drive to Crested Butte, 90 minutes from the Black Canyon National Park, and 10 minutes from Hartman Rocks.

Great house for our family to visit Gunnison. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels in baths. Good seating in great room, two patios with seating. Master bed has a thick memory foam mattress. Quiet neighborhood and great location in town. Air conditioning in master. Massive tv in great room. We lacked for nothing!

This house was one of the most well-equipped/stocked properties we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen had any appliance, spice or oil you could want and the bathrooms had plenty of nice towels, name brand toilet paper and tissue, and shampoo/conditioner and soap in all showers. It’s super close to the university (where our son attends) and to town as well. It’s a 10/10 for cleanliness, use of space, communication with the owner and location!!Also, my husband didn’t feel well the day we had to check out and the hosts were kind enough to give us a late check out so he had a place to stay until he could check into a hotel.

The place is very clean. Provides all that's needed. Great location in a peaceful family neighborhood. Close to the grocery store. Check in and check out was very easy. We appreciate you sharing your wonderful house with us!
