Our family villa features 5 dedicated bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a media suite that is an optional 6th bedroom. The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. Guests will enjoy the stunning views from the villa's private heated swimming pool and spa* that overlook a sprawling conservation area with no rear neighbors.

The house was very spacious and had everything we needed for 3 families with little kids. We were very impressed with the amount of items the owners had for small kids, including utensils, bowls, cups, high chair, even an extra umbrella stroller to use. Brett, was a great host who was available the entire time during our stay and got back with a timely response every time. We look forward to booking again!

Brett was an extremely easy host to deal with.We have stayed on this site a number of times and the consensus of opinions was that this house was the best so far. A very nice property in good condition and very well presented.

House was very clean, beds were comfortable, was located in a central location. 15-20 minutes from disney and 25- from universal studios.
