Red Rock Villa and Salt Spring Villa, a pair of oceanside villas on the island of Virgin Gorda, the British Virgin Islands' most desirable enclave.The oceanside villas offer panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. Premier island amenities such as Spring Bay, Savannah Bay, Valley Trunk, The Baths, and Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour are within close proximity.
Each property features elevated loft space, ideal as a lounge, library, fitness area, or for additional sleeping quarters. Exposed steel framing (visible on the loft walls) is an example of the properties’ commercial-grade construction. This structural integrity has allowed the villas to remain unscathed through the Caribbean storm seasons.
Each villa sits on approx. 0.5 acres, with lush landscaping for added privacy. Red Rock Villa offers 3,807 sf of interiors and an additional 3,286 sf of outdoor living space, with a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 full and one half-baths. A convertible office can add a 5th bedroom.
