BAYHOUSE, renovated in 2021, consists of two separate structures. One contains a living room, ½ bath, kitchen, and indoor & outdoor dining. The other structure houses 3 bedrooms, three baths, and three private terraces. The covered outdoor dining terrace connects the two structures.

A gently sloping path leads down to the private beach access. There is a rocky section perfect for beachcombing and a flatter sandy section for lounging.

Tropical climates of around 80 degrees day or night, 365 days a year and gentle trade winds allow for an open design of BAYHOUSE removing the traditional boundaries of in- & outdoor living.

The living room structure has an additional large covered terrace with a lounge area where you can enjoy unobstructed 180-degree views of the Caribbean Sea. Below the terrace is the pool, an additional pool deck, a reflecting pool, and an outdoor shower.

3 Bedrooms with ensuite baths (all bedrooms are in a separate building and are connected by an entry hall)

All bathrooms feature showers. The master bedroom has a built-in bathtub.

AC and fans in all Bedrooms - NO AC in the Living Room Building, but constant trade winds cool the living space.

Bayhouse Villa is managed by VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA. They are located just minutes from the villa and are available before, during, and after your trip to make sure you have a first-class villa rental experience. Housekeeping is included with your rental (no service on Sundays or Holidays).

Additional services are available on request and at an extra cost: Private Boat Charter Airport pick up from Beef Island (Tortola) or St. Thomas, massage services, chef services, Initial fridge stocking, babysitting, and More!

For vehicle rentals, we recommend Mahogany Car Rentals. You can find them online with a quick search, or we can share details after you reserve the villa. All of the local rental companies have similar vehicles and rates, but we think Mahogany provides the best service. They will bring your vehicle to the ferry dock/airport for your arrival. After a few minutes of paperwork with their attendant, we will escort you to the Villa and get you checked in.

Taxis are available but can add up, we are happy to share our favorite Taxi Driver's details after booking.

Virgin Gorda is the perfect place to "island hop" from, we can also help you arrange a boat charter to some of our sister islands. Day trip to places like Anegada, Jost Van Dyke, Cooper Island, Norman Island, Scrub Island, and more....

PRICING STRUCTURE
Our villas have a base rate for smaller occupancy, with additional charges for each extra person or room up to capacity. This tiered pricing is common across the island and accommodates various group sizes. Given the limited number of hotels, this ensures couples and smaller groups can enjoy our villas affordably, making our villas flexible for all budgets and needs.
