About this apartment rental
SECOND FLOOR UNIT. GATED. This cozy 3 bedroom condo has many upgrades. You will enjoy the mid/south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk 2 Redfern Village & other entertainment. Master has a King, another King in a guest room, Queen in the last guest bedroom, & the living room has a brand new sleeper sofa. Comes w/ new furnishings & reliable wifi. Access to pool, Fitness Center, & option to add BIKES for small fee. NO PETS ALLOWED. SEE RULES FOR HIGH PET FEE.
1) Second floor (no noisy folks above you).
2) Includes bike usage for additional fee
3) New quarts countertops and new luxury vinyl planks
4) Walking distance to fun places.
5) Pet Free Environment (No animal hair anywhere)
6) Fitness Center
7) Pool hours and availability determined by HOA.
Optional Fees (Contact me after confirmed booking):
*2pm EST check in: $20
*12pm EST check out: $20
*Usage of Bikes during your entire trip: $10/bike.
*Change your reservation dates: $20 (This is at the discretion of the owners and is not guaranteed).
Guests have access to the entire Condo.

1 Roll of Toilet Paper (per bathroom)
8 Starter Coffee Pods
If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.
By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Airbnb may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with Airbnb directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.

Very convenient location and a great property overall

The property was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, helping us settle in quickly for our week-long stay. Communication with the host was also speedy and extremely detailed, making info easy to find and questions quickly answered. My wife and I and two of our college-aged kids settled in easily, enjoyed short drives to the beach (about 8-10 minutes in July Fourth traffic), short walks to the condo's pool, and quick walks around the corner to the neighboring Starbucks, Chick-fil-a, etc. St. Simon's Island has a great smalltown feel to it, and the work they are doing to build up the East Beach location looks like it will be amazing when it's done.

The property was very clean and nice to stay in. The location was on point with grocery store, dollar store, and fast food restaurants near by. We enjoyed the pool and our boys loved the workout room. David was the kindest host and got back to us quickly if we had a question. God bless you enjoy your vacation at SSI! Proverbs 3:5-6
