Super remodel in McCormick Ranch. 2nd floor with no one above you. Great views from the super sized patio to lush landscape. Parking ultra convenient with plenty of guest parking. Enter into a large great room open concept modern and wonderful living, dining and kitchen. The kitchen has white quartz, and a beautiful breakfast bar for entertaining or just socializing while meal prepping. It is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, including a Nespresso coffee maker. The attached dining room has seating for 4 and can double as a workspace for your laptop etc. The living room is colorful and cozy with a fireplace and 65" Smartv with Hululive. Step out to the private balcony for outdoor dining or grilling on your electric BBQ. Just down the hall are two king bedrooms, one with an ensuite bath. Both have private televisions for enjoying the privacy in your own room. The hall bath and is just across from bedroom 2, so it is like having a private second bath. A full sized laundry room is in the is comfortable space too. There are 2 pools in the complex, heated with jacuzzis. Also tennis/pickleball courts. Private work out room with just enough equipment to get in a work out. The grounds are comfortable, well maintain and tree lined with grassy areas between. A perfect getaway spot in sunny Scottsdale AZ, with a clean and neat well outfitted 2 Bedroom, 2 bath Condo both with super comfy king beds. Enjoy your morning coffee @ Village Coffee and choose from many great restaurants all within walking distance of this great condo. Excellent pool and pickel ball and tennis courts plus a covered parking spot on thos 2nd floor ciondo with a Camel back mountain view.
