This is a brand new remodel with exceptional attention to detail. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and closet. There is a very spacious living room with 2 queen sized pull out sofas. There is a single bathroom with tub and shower as well as a full kitchen for all your cooking needs. 1 garage parking spot included with this unit.
Guest Access:
You will have full access to the upstairs unit as well as the upstairs patio space. This apartment is part of duplex, so you will have downstairs neighbors.
The Neighborhood:
At the end of Interstate 8, nestled against the Pacific Ocean at the estuary of the San Diego River lies the neighborhood of Ocean Beach, home to the longest concrete pier on the West Coast and plenty of beachfront for fun.
