Perfectly positioned across the street from the 7th Street Beach entrance, this premium location puts you steps away from sandy shores and endless coastal beauty. On the second level you are greeted into the dining room, which opens to the kitchen and family room with TV, covered porch overlooking the greenspace and pool area, and screened in back porch with a great space for outdoor dining. Located in the landing is a small sitting room, with a sleeper sofa, TV and half bath.
Kitchen is nicely equipped with a large cold frig and gas cooktop. Owner has provided a combo drip/single serve coffee maker.
By afternoon, settle onto your private porch and enjoy the timeless pleasure of people-watching while soaking in the ocean breeze and views. Viewpoint Oaks puts everything you need within easy reach: direct beach access, a community pool for refreshing dips, a short stroll to Neptune Park Fun Zone for family fun, and quick access to the iconic Lighthouse and charming Pier/Village area. Parking is limited to 2 cars in the driveway on the gravel. No parking on the grass, on private lots nearby or in the street.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

This was literally my favorite rental property ever. The house was beautifully decorated, meticulously maintained and only steps from the beach! My family and I wished we would’ve booked an extra day. If I ever visit St. Simons again, this will be the only place that I stay.

I was surprised at how well-appointed this rental was. They had everything you need in the kitchen plus more. The location was unbeatable, you’re steps from the beach and downtown was only a 15 minute walk if that. Would highly recommend!
