Ideal location super close to the beach; charming cottage aesthetic; nice pool, nice master bedroom; outdoor shower; 3 bathrooms.
It was a hot-ish week (high 80s), and we found the house somewhat warm for sleeping (A/C can’t be set below 70). The A/C vents in master bedroom are directly over the bed and they are super loud when they kick in, which disrupts sleep. Upstairs, provided floor fans are super loud, and the rooms are warm - especially if you close your bedroom door. This makes privacy difficult and it’s close quarters up there. There’s also a loud floor squeak(s) as you come upstairs that makes it hard to tiptoe to bed quietly when others are already asleep.
No recycling provided and the recycling center won’t take residential recyclables (they said homeowner has to opt in for the recycling can for $9/month - we would have happily paid that).
