About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Ondres. It has a floor area of 70 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 31 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden for you to enjoy. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!
Need more space? You can also rent Villa Kaino 1 at the same time, which sleeps 8 guests – ideal for holidays with family or friends.
The property is laid out as follows:
- A 31 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200), hotel-quality mattress
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds (90×90) that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed, hotel-quality mattress
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated), measuring 5 x 3 m, open from May to October (saltwater pool)
- A lovely 40 m² enclosed and private garden
- A 35 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A second terrace of 11 m², facing north

If you’re travelling by car, a private parking space is available in the house’s car park. You’ll also find additional parking spaces within the housing estate.

- Nearest station: Ondres TER station, about 10 minutes away.
- Nearest airport: Biarritz Airport, about 12 km away.
