Ideal house for family(s) with children.
A stone's throw from the centre of the village of Ondres, 20 minutes from Bayonne or Hossegor and 5 minutes from the beach where you will find shops, restaurants and a surf school. A shuttle, which passes in front of the house, takes you there free of charge.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms each with a double bed (one with king size) and their storage, 1 bathroom with shower, bath, double sink..., living-dining room (sofas, tables, chairs...), TV room with sofa.
Equipped kitchen: hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, extractor hood, washing machine, fridge with freezer.
Outside: south-facing terrace (deckchairs, garden furniture, table and chairs). Bar with its high stools, BBQ and plancha + water point. Awning for surfboards, bicycles... Ping-pong table available. At least 2 parking spaces. Lawn...
Quiet area, shops within walking distance in the center of the village where you will find bakeries, pizzerias, hairdressers, bank, newsagent, Carrefour City etc... Market every Sunday morning.
