Towels and dish needed cloths in kitchenSome blankets in bed rooms year aroundLuggage racks in bedroomsThrows to keep yourself comfyPaper tablet and writing implements.Lawn upkeep, didn’t look well maintained yard needed mowed, and deck needed re painted, trees in back trimmed.A book itemizing close by restaurants and grocery storesReplace the cooking pots and pans.Carpets cleaned or replaced.Not clean, toilets dirty and most surfaces dusty, no bath mats to use when showeringAnd if you are going to leave the Christmas tree up…. Keep up with the current season June is a little late for Christmas ornaments.The window in the southwest bedroom,queen size, was left wide open, with the temp above 90 that room was extremely hot, and could have allowed uninvited access by the homeless people that are normally at Jamie lane Walmart.
