It is an overall good house. The decor is a bit dated, but it can comfortably house 10 people pretty easily. All the appliances we used (coffee maker) worked as it should and the house rules instructions were clear. Only thing is that there should be an overabundance of towels and spare towels in each of the bathrooms. It was hard to find them. We had a light bulb go out, and they promptly fixed it. If you are a morning or evening walker, the neighborhood is very quiet (watch out for raised sidewalks is the only admonishment). It is about 15-20 minutes from the Lincoln downtown and the UNL campus so it is a good location in general. I would stay at this house again.

Ok, the add said that there would be a hot tub but there was none. The false advertisement but a bad taste in my mouth
