The villa is located in Pietrosella, in southern Corsica in the bay of Ajaccio, 10 minutes from Porticcio and 20 minutes from Ajaccio airport.
New single-storey wooden villa of 120 m² with PMR standards (disabled with wheelchair) with large living room/dining room with sea view, large equipped American kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridges, ...), large wooden terraces not overlooked with garden furniture, dining area and WEBER barbecue, comfortable bedrooms with hotel bedding and large storage space, large shared heated swimming pool with very large terrace and accessible directly from the villa, master bedroom with bathroom, sheltered parking with charger for electric car (Type 2 Three-phase), enclosed, wooded and secure grounds, all located 50 meters from the beach of Agosta and the straw huts.
Possibility of privatizing 2 or all 3 villas for groups of friends or family.
Nearby you will find the most beautiful beaches on the south shore: Agosta, Isolella, Ruppione, silver beach (Mare è sole), ... as well as many activities: diving, golf, parasailing, water skiing, jet skiing, boat rental, hiking (Mare Monté, GR 20, ...), canyoning, via ferrata.

WE could not have asked for a better stay.
The house is welcoming, fully equipped with everything you could need. The rooms and living space were set up perfectly, well designed, modern and very light. The pool is in a beautiful setting, and was the perfect place to relax.
The villa is located close to many activities and beaches. This place is too good to be true!
And finally- the hosts! Jean-Pierre and Marianne were the best- they had recommendations for activities, restaurants and even took us out for a hike in the area.
We recommend this place to anyone booking 1 week (or more) in Corsica
