Kids will love the option to bike, skate and play in the Cul-de-sac.

At the center of it all, a sparkling, heated pool surrounded by lounging chairs is perfect for indulging in the Florida sun. Pottery Barn umbrellas provide comfortable shade while watching your guests enjoy the custom-designed putting green.
An outdoor shower keeps living spaces comfortably sand-free after a day at the beach. The laundry room just inside the house ensures a fresh, warm set of towels is always available.

A gorgeous chandelier fills the artfully appointed stairway to second-floor accommodations. A modern, moody lounging nook is designed for quiet chats, reading a book, enjoying one of the vintage board games, or entertainment on the 70” screen. Right off the lounging nook is the second-floor balcony with seating for morning coffee and nature preserve views backlit by glowing Florida sunrises and sunsets.

Smoking is not even allowed on the adjacent property that is the nature preserve. Violation of this policy will result in immediate evection and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of Vape pens, E-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on the property after departure management will charge the credit card on file
Age requirements : The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person sign the rental agreement) MUST be 34 years of age. ( legal photo ID required upon request) and must be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. The Sandcastle vacation rental is a family home accommodation. This home cannot be rented to students or singles under the age of 25 years old unless accompanied by parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the rental. Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying at the property for every three guest between the ages of 18 and 25. Violation of this policy will result in immediate evection and forfeiture of all rental payments in accordance with the Florida state chapter, reservations made under false pretense are ll and void and checks will not be allowed, or guess will be asked to vacate the accommodation.

My family, friends and I really enjoyed our stay here! The house was equipped with everything thing we needed. We had plenty of room indoors and out. Thehome and decor was beautiful and the host Rich was quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. I would definitely book this location again!
