THE ROOM WAS GREAT! SECURITY WAS LESS THAN DESIRABLE! THEY WERE RUDE TO MY SON AND WOULD STOP THEM EVERY NIGHT WITHOUT CAUSE. GOLF CARTS AND SLING SHOTS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND HAD TO BE PARKED .5 MILE AWAY AT A COMMUNITY PARKING LOT THAT I HAD TO PAY PER VEHICLE FOR THE WEEK. BUSINESS WAS SLOW AND LOTS OF PARKING FOR MY GOLF CART. WHEN BOOKING YOU PAY A CLEANING FEE OF OVER 200. WHEN WE LEFT THE ROOM WAS CLEAN THERE WAS SOME WATER BOTTLES AND A FEW COFFEE MUGS AND A PLATE FROM THE MORNING THAT HAD NOT BEEN PUT INTO THE DISHWASHER AND THE CLOSET DOOR THAT HAD BEEN OFF TRACK IN ONE OF THE BEDROOMS SINCE THE DAY WE HAD ARRIVED. I WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF ALMOST 200 EXTRA WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION OR REASON UNTIL I ASKED. I WOULD BE AWARE OF ADDITIONAL COST AFTER CHECKING OUT.
