(WE2738) Storey Lake Home 5/5, Private Pool & Free Waterpark

My family and I had a great stay! The home had all the basic necessities for entertaining our family of 11 - the kids especially loved the pool and game room! The home was spacious and allowed us to spread out after a full day at typoon lagoon and Disney Springs. The host was accommodating and was very responsive to messages.

We really enjoyed our stay here and any issues that we had were promptly dealt with in a friendly manner. Would definitely stay in this home again and rent from this host.

If you want the pool heated, request before you get there. The property was beautiful and roomy. There was a small issue with email communication but overall was a great stay. I was able to get all information through the chat in VRBO app.

House is big and has potential but was not very clean. It looked like someone did a quick clean before we arrived but a lot of areas had not been attended to for awhile it seemed. The carpet especially….a few stairs had something sticky that has been left there so I couldn’t even pick it off. There was broken glass in the bottom of the dishwasher and food in the bottom. I asked for it to be cleaned so we could use it but no one came (apparently someone came when we were out but I left my number to be called and no one did). The game room with the pool table did not have a working light and no window so we couldn’t even use it. The kitchen was missing some items that you’d think would be there (oven mitts, oven pan, kitchen towels to dry dishes) so we had to buy our own so we could use the oven. Target is very close and the shared accommodation pool area was nice. The entry gate closest to the house cannot be used as the QR code doesn’t work (didn’t work for anyone staying there) so it was a pain driving around to find a gate that will let you in. Most guests would sneak through the exit as someone left.
