About this cottage rental

On the banks of the AA River, in an authentic 18th-century watermill, set amidst an exceptional landscape on 7 hectares of land, the vacation rental is located in the heart of a small village in the Audomarois region. Every effort has been made to provide maximum comfort while respecting the building and its surroundings.
Whether with family or friends, and whether you love historic buildings, history, or nature, come recharge your batteries and breathe in the fresh air.
You can rent either the mill cottage, which sleeps 12, or the AA cottage (an apartment for 4–6 people).

My family and I had a wonderful stay in the Mill, it was exactly the kind of property we love, rustic and comfortable. The hosts were very attentive and welcoming, very helpful too. The region is one we love so there was plenty to keep us busy even on rainy days. We would definitely recommend and would book again. Jayne and Nick

Old water mill with its preserved mechanism in the dining room (unique). Large bedrooms that can accommodate easily 10 adults and infants. Cosy living room with wood stove. Very large back yard, great playing ground for kids while parents relax preparing BBQ or resting on a hamac, assuming one stays in summer.

Such a gorgeous property, perfectly suited for us and Ariane & Jean-Luis were amazing hosts. The team loved the house, especially the swim slide under the house! Highly recommend both the hosts and the house. Absolutely loved the mill gearing still inside the house
