About this cottage rental
Gite adjoining 200 m² with a capacity of 13 people including a bed for 2 people on sofa bed.
Cottage completely renovated in an old farm in the countryside at the exit of the village on secondary axis.
On the ground floor a dining room that can accommodate 20 guests, a spacious living room with a large sofa with pellet stove.
A well equipped kitchen with pyrolysis oven, induction hob and two large fridge-freezer.
Two bathrooms with jet showers with electric towel dryers and separate WC, a laundry with washing machine and dryer, a large cloakroom and a veranda with foosball adult.
On the floor 5 rooms of which an adjoining:
- 3 bedrooms with 160x200 beds
- the 4th bedroom with two beds 90x200 can be separated
- the 5th bedroom: 3 beds including 2 on bunk beds and a bed on bed 90x190.
A mezzanine with sofa bed for an extra bed and a toilet.
Outside, a courtyard with teak garden furniture, BBQ and a communal garden
Game room in separate outbuilding with ping-pong table, babyfoot child and various games trotinettes skate trotters etc .....
