About this villa rental
Located in the quiet, family-friendly community of Linkside, you will be right at home in this spacious, three-bedroom/two-bath golf course-front villa in Sandestin. Sandestin offers something for everyone. This unit sits on a retention pond where turtles will be happy for you to feed them some bread crumbs. Large Deck overlooks the Golf Course with the Bay in the background. Free Free Wifi! 6 seater Golf Cart Included, 3/2 with Magnificent Views of Lake and Golf Course! Sofa sleeper in living room. Sleep count is 6. No pets allowed. From time to time, due to the mechanics of golf carts, their parts or operational error, the golf cart will not operate or will be out of service. There is no guarantee that the golf cart will be in service during the entire period of your stay, however we will provide service and repair to the best of our ability subject to the time of the notification of such operational error. There are no credits, refunds or alternative means of transportation provided to any guest due to the golf cart being out of service for any or all of the period of your stay.

We were impressed with the unit itself on how clean it was upon arrival. Also we loved the deck and the views from the deck.

House was incredibly clean and comfortable. Beds were lovely and I especially enjoyed the "heat" function in the primary bath. Our last day was exceptionally warm and we had a nice visit with the ducks swimming behind the deck.

Excellent again this year. We love the condo, community, and location. We really love having the use of the golf cart. We plan to reserve again next year. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great place in a great location. Lots to do. House was clean, beds were comfortable, and great water pressure. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.
