This 5 bedroom/5 bathroom property is beautifully designed to be comfy, relaxing, and tranquil. Located in the downtown neighborhood of University City, you're a short walk or Uber from everything the city has to offer City! Five spacious bedrooms, living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, and large back patio with outdoor furniture and deck on second floor! The property is a great launchpad for all your Philly adventures, and a relaxing place to come home to between the fun.
The space
Designed for comfort, tranquility, and convenience! There are two fully equipped kitchens for you to cook a meal after a long day in the city, or there are tons of take-out options within a short walk! We also have a large outdoor patio with furniture and string lights to help you get some rest and relaxation with an amazing roof deck on second floor. Our property is a perfect launch pad for families, traveling couples, business partners, or vacationers alike!
The layout of the property is the following:
1st floor : Unit 1 - everything on 1st floor -
2nd floor: bedroom #1 top of steps (queen) ; kitchen/living/dining + Queen sized sleeper sofa; w/d ; full bathroom #1 past w/d / large walk out deck
3rd floor layout: bedroom #2 (queen) ; full bathroom #2 ensuite ; bedroom #3 (king + single) ; ensuite full bathroom #3
- ~5 blocks to University of Penn / Penn Hospital
- ~5 blocks to Drexel University
- ~8 blocks to center city and Rittenhouse Square
- ~12 blocks from Franklin Field
- ~8 minute Uber to City Hall
- ~8 minute Uber to Art Museum and Ben Franklin Parkway
- ~12 minute Uber to Old City and all Historic sites.
For your convenience we provide all towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner and soap to make your stay as enjoyable and easy as possible

The place was updated and clean. Seven from our family stayed for a basketball tournament at The Palestra - easy to walk back and forth from the arena. Two kitchens made it easy to make food for Thanksgiving.

We were five 70 year old women, friends from High School over 50 years ago. We travel someplace different each year and this year we choose Philadelphia. We travel from all over and meet together for a fun weekend with friends. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with but I wish that we had known that this is 2 separate units with some very steep stairs to the 3rd floor two bedrooms that only 2 women in the group could or wanted to climb the stairs. The outside areas need some work as they were unusable with weeds and moss growing. We felt it was unsafe to use. We used Uber to get around and that was easy. Grocery store was not nearby so we took an Uber and an Empty suitcase to the grocery store.

There are 5 bedrooms and bathrooms but they are in two separate houses. NO adjoining door. You have to go out front doors to get to nextdoor. Patio and deck both need some major work. Have to uber to anything in city like City Hall, Rittenhouse Square, Liberty bell. Definitely not walking distance. House was very clean and nice inside and hosts readily responded to questions
