Former warehouses contain elegant boutiques selling high-end shoes and clothing, while Nashville Farmers' Market has eclectic global eateries as well as vendors offering seasonal produce. Nearby, the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park features skyline views and monuments to Tennessee history.
Getting Around:
Walk, scoot, drive, or bike. You're a mile or less to Broadway and Uber/Lyft is a convenient way to get around by car if you don't have one or want to avoid parking/driving.

No unauthorized guests.
No pets allowed.
No unauthorized parties or events.
No weapons or criminal behavior tolerated.
No glitter, silly string, confetti, tape, or anything that results in damage to walls due to party-related decor.
No fireworks.
No unauthorized parties at our property. This will result in immediate eviction and $1,000 minimum fine.
Staying past checkout time without authorization incurs late fees of $20 per every 15-minutes.

The house was perfect for our cousins trip. Germantown is a great central location with plenty of great bars and restaurants within walking distance. Broadway was an easy ride share away. Would definitely stay here next time in Nashville.

An updated, attractively furnished home near Germantown, an area which is a nice contrast to the busy, bustling city of Nashville.
This is a great location and the indoor and outdoor spaces were very comfortable for 6 adults. We had everything we needed.
