The property was as listed. Very pleasant, bright, and comfortable. The area is excellent, close to shopping and excellent restaurants. We had an extended stay, and enjoyed it. Contacts with the property manager received prompt responses. The only drawback was lack of cable or satellite TV, but that wasn't a big issue for us.
