This was a very pleasant place to stay, along a fairly quiet street but within walking distance of down-town Phoenix. The apartment is spacious, and the kitchen is well supplied with utensils. Although I haven't met any staff or host in person, their response to any question was quick and helpful.
Some minor maintenance and refurbishment might be useful, but overall I was satisfied. I would have appreciated some desk space, the unit has just a large coffee table and a small collapsible table under the TV. One thing I didn't know at the time of booking was that you will get just a receipt but not an invoice for the stay - neither from the hosts, nor from booking.com , despite hours spent on customer chat & the customer service phone line. This might be a problem for business trips (as in my case).

The location was great for our needs! The unit is cute, clean and comfortable. The ironing board needs a cover, there is a mini fridge which was fine but one that has a freezer to keep ice would be better.

convenience to Chase Field and Roosevelt Avenue.
Mattress was not very comfortable and the frame was similar to army cots. Bedside light swtiches seemed intermittent. Shades in bedroom did not block out enough light. Outdoor security light flashed on and off making it difficult to fall asleep.
