This adorable 2 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow is perfect for your next coastal getaway - great for a couple, small family or a small group of friends! This awesome location is a quick drive to Sargent Beach, close to bait camps, boat ramps and local restaurants. The view of the bridge and Dead Caney lake is hard to beat! Newly added tiki bar and patio area to further enjoy your time outside soaking in the coastal air and amazing views.
Equipped with all of the essentials and then some, you can leave your worries behind and just relax! You'll love having coffee on the front porch in the morning, or fishing from the pier! Kayaks are provided to cruise in the canal.

Primary bedroom - queen bed
Secondary bedroom - full bed
Living room - 2 futons
Fully stocked kitchen
Roku TV for guests to log in to your own apps

We had an amazing stay! Location was private and quiet. House was spotless, cozy, & well stocked. Enjoyed the deck & outdoor area for relaxing and being able to unplug.

The check in process and house expectations were clearly communicated by the management company. The house is pretty as well as very well stocked, there was nothing that we needed that was not provided. Good assortment of pots, pans, etc. Basic spices were even there. The beds were comfortable. This is truly a hidden little gem in a VERY friendly little community! The only bit of wisdom I would pass on to other readers is this: The canal behind the house is pretty narrow, and very shallow, so if you plan on fishing solely at the house, you might be a bit disappointed. We got several small cat and croaker, nothing edible size. But just scope out some other fishing holes in the area to supplement! However using the crab traps provided and some hand lines, we were able to catch a mess of crab (enough for a meal) over the course of the weekend, and it was enough to be a little bit of entertainment for the kids. I would definitely stay here again!

I needed a little R&R and this place was great for it. Nice front deck to sit and enjoy the view and a pier in the back to fish on.

It was a really nice fishing experience.
Nothing fancy but really nice and relaxing.
The neighbors are really nice and welcoming we loved the spot.
