This home has an open kitchen/dining/living space that is a great place to hang out when inside, but why be inside when the outdoors has so much to offer! There is a large lot with moss-laden trees, a great spacious deck overlooking the creek, the large furnished patio space below the house, and the pier with a covered cleaning station. Spend the day fishing off of your private pier, reading a book in the peaceful hammock or take short drive or boat ride over to the ICW and Sargent Beach, enjoy the fishing, take a stroll on the beach, collect shells, or swim (at your own risk - no lifeguards) in the surf!

Great vacation rental! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Loved that we could take our large dogs on vacation with us. The only issue we had was that the dock next door was broken and down in the water, it made fishing a little difficult but we manage to work around it. Caught several channel cats, a crab, and my son caught a gar! Many memories made and we will definitely stay here again.

We love visiting Sargent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dock Holiday! The house was perfect for my husband and me. It was comfy, decorated nicely, and it had everything we needed during our time there. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. We had so much fun fishing from the dock catching red fish, drum, sheepshead, flounder, croaker, catfish, Mangrove snapper, and speckled trout. This is the 2nd house we've rented through TopWater and both were amazing! We will definitely rent from Kandas and her team again.

The house was very clean and was super homie. We enjoyed the fishing dock! All was explained as is. Kandas was also super sweet and very helpful. We will defiantly be booking through them again !

Had good stay. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood and property under big oak trees. Good location to fish, could be great. Needs adequate lights. Was one green light and appeared use to be more but not any more. Add some better lights and a few more rod holders and would be great.
