Stylish split level home full of charm in South Anchorage near JEWEL LAKE in a SAFE AND QUIET neighborhood, king & queen beds upstairs and the option for either 2 twins or king bed arrangement with laundry downstairs, KITCHEN STOCKED w/ cooking, baking supplies, & seasonings (just bring food), outdoor patio, conveniently located near CARRS GROCERIES (2 MIN WALK), and only a 3 MILE DRIVE TO THE AIRPORT! 10 min drive to KINCAID PARK for XC ski & mountain bike, 15 min drive to HILLSIDE for DH ski!

Stayed here for two nights before heading to Seward, and it was the perfect home base for our group of five flying in from different places. I honestly couldn’t have picked a better place.The home is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood just a short drive from the airport. Communication was excellent, check-in was seamless, and after a long day of travel, the incredibly comfortable beds were exactly what our jet-lagged group needed. The blackout blinds were an unexpected bonus and made for an amazing night’s sleep.If I’m ever back in Anchorage, I won’t even look anywhere else. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time. The house is decorated well, and there were lots of extras available for use like soap and kitchen tools. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. It was an easy walk to the nearby grocery store if we needed anything.

This was the perfect location for us. Easy to get to from the airport and very close to the family we came to visit. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. I look forward to staying there again on my next visit.

Great location (close to airport grocery market downtown without being too busy).. Easy checkin & great property. We really enjoyed our stay.
