About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux offers this 28 m² studio apartment with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 28 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom (with shower) and a sleeping area.
The apartment comprises
- A 28 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchenette including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Sleeping area: with a double bed (140×190), separated by a partition without doors
- A shower room with shower, WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 120 m² covered swimming pool (heated), open from April 1 to September 30, 9am to 8pm
- A 9 m² balcony to enjoy the sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.
Activities:
- Just a 10-minute walk away, visit the local cheese factory and discover the secrets of making the famous Comté cheese.
- The Musée du Jouet in Moirans-en-Montagne, ideal for young and old.
- The Paul-Émile Victor Museum in Prémanon, dedicated to the great polar explorations.
- Parc Naturel Régional du Haut-Jura
- Lac de l'Abbaye, Lac de Vouglans
- Pic de l'Aigle
- Cascades du Hérisson
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.

- The studio is a 15-minute drive from the Bellefontaine ski resort for Nordic and downhill skiing.
- Towels are provided
- Bed linen is not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability.
