Habitation calme, spacieuse, propre, bien équipée. Bonne situation géographique, Un emplacement de parking réservé. Restaurant et boulangerie à proximité.

L'habitation se situe au 3me étage de la résidence sans ascenseur, les pièces sont mansardées, pas très pratique pour les grands. La ville de Morez, malgré un beau musée, est sans charme, beaucoup de commerces fermés.
